Jeremiah Bullfrog's annual Pork Is Good Festival returned to Little Haiti Cultural Center on Sunday, November 4, for an afternoon of awesome eats featuring pork delicacies from a collection of Miami's favorite restaurants. This year's chefs included Ms. Cheezious' Brian Mullins, Ghee's Niven Patel, Coyo Taco's Scott Linquist, Mandolin's Roel Alcudia, and Pubbelly's Jose Mendin with cocktails by mixologist David Cedeno. National Donut Day
Wynwood's BarWorks hosted its second-annual National Doughnut Day celebration Friday, June 2, featuring a special dulce de leche doughnut from the Salty Donut, doughnut-infused brews from J. Wakefield, signature cocktails, and fresh bites from Coyo Taco. The two-story spot housed local sounds and a hungry crowd who enjoyed unlimited doughnuts between dancing, beer pong, Twister, and live art by colorschemer Cole Sager. Slideshow for Miami New Times.
