Noche de Brujas / Faena Forum

Noche de Brujas brewed a powerful evening of experimental, interdisciplinary magic performed by a woman-focused lineup of local and visiting artists on Friday, March 23, at Faena Forum. The main floor remained open for attendees to fill in around an architectural orb in the center, each performer finding a unique way to inhabit this living altar while projections engulfed the surrounding walls. Featured artists included Juliana Huxtable, Suzi Analogue, Kalup Linzy, Virgo, Jen DeNike, Poorgrrrl, Voila Snow, Ife-Ile, Sandflower, Georgia Wall, Carlos Betancourt, and TM Sisters.
